Order Confirmation & Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Charlotte Label, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You accept our return conditions and timeframes
  • You agree to follow the return procedure outlined below
  • In the event of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related communication may be used as supporting evidence

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Only normal inspection and handling of the product is allowed
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received, it will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@charlottelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
    • Your full name and shipping address
  3. Wait for our return instructions before sending your item

Important:
Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@charlottelabel.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement where possible, or
  • Provide an appropriate solution depending on the situation

In some cases, returning the defective item may not be required.
Replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is lost during transit:

  • Please contact us with your order number and tracking details
  • We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address details, a €30 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs.


Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

However, please note:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped
  • If your order is already in transit, you may return it after delivery

To request a cancellation before shipment, contact us at info@charlottelabel.com as soon as possible.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly.

In the event of a chargeback, we may provide your payment provider with:

  • Order confirmation details
  • Shipping and tracking information
  • Communication history

Submitting a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and impact future purchases.


Important Information

  • Returns must be sent to our international fulfillment center
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in a hygienic condition may not be accepted
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
